Hue has really comfy leggings that are great quality. They're kinda pricey but you can get them at the Bay or sometimes at Winners. Urban Outfitters also has nice footless tights.
American Apparel leggings are really worth the money, they even make "winter" leggings that are thicker, perfect for when it's cold. I'm from Montreal, so I know a thing or two about freezing weather:)

Aeropostale actually has some really thick leggings they sell for wintertime, and since its aeropostale they're pretty cheap, maybe like fifteen dollars.
I have leggins and i use them for dance and for everyday use. I get them from Lululemon, Aritzia, American Apparel, Zara, and Gap. I'm from Toronto, and right now there are sales going on since its after Christmas and usually leggins are on sale
MIMI! so in U.S. we have black friday and i left my house at 12:00 am and went to every store i could find and i was looking for the same boots you have and i could not find them anywhere! i looked on winners website and couldnt find anything!
