@@dreyouniverse7966 yup the late 80s is arguably the best time for hip hop as far as greatness-PE, Kane, LL, Rakim, NWA, BDP, EPMD, Tribe, etc but the mid 90s is when artists started going platinum, played 24 hrs on MTV, etc so people usually equate that time with the greatest era . Collectively late 80s-early 90sis the best era as the art form.
