Can she do 99% of the interviews? This has substance and doesn't reduce the characters to just beautiful dolls!! She did an amazing job and you can tell she has done her research!
oh my god this interviewer! I love how her questions are different and off the beaten path. It's cool seeing the actors' perspective on things rather than just the same ole "are you guys dating? tell us about filming the sex scenes? so Sam was a fan of the bump? etc"
Totally agree with you, finally a decent interview. They always ask the same thing especially to Sam. Anyway I love them and I still wish the are dating in rl

Nice to see an interview where intelligent questions are asked, and we get to see more of what Cait & Sam are thinking as they take on the personas of Claire & Jamie.

Agree with everyone that this was a lovely interview. These are two very interesting people and not just their characters. So good to hear them give such honest and thoughtful answers.
I've been in an Outlander Interview RU-vid black hole because I just finished bingeing on Seasons 1 and 2 and I miss Cait and Sam. This is the most thoughtful and insightful interview I've seen yet. Kudos to Justine for conducting such a great interview. If you've watched as many interviews as I have, you can see that Cait and Sam get asked the same questions over and over again and while they're always gracious, I think they enjoyed this interview also!
A bit late to the party but this is a great interview! I love how the interviewer asks intelligent and original questions and we can hear their honest opinions. I've been watching so many outlander interviews for the past few days and was getting really tired of: what time would you timetravel to? what was playing with the baby bump like? who's the biggest prankster on set? what is filming sex scenes like? have your family watched the show? at which point did you realize it was going to be a hit? what would you bring home from set? how long does putting the scars on take? etc. Really refreshing interview ❤
Fantastic interview. Cait is wonderful and eloquent as always but I feel a bit bad for Sam. I know he's been on a whirlwind press tour and he looks like he could close his eyes and sleep right there.

I'm sure you know by now, but unfortunately, she loses the baby. However, she gets pregnant again at the end of the season and gives birth to Brianna in the future after traveling through the stones at Culloden.

Why does the interviewer say that Claire feels she is going at the pregnancy alone? I watched the episodes up to this date and can't recall her saying that until the episode which was released April 30th.. but this interview says April 6th
They wernt equal. He had to protect her in that time. Any man wldve bedded her if he wasnt protecting her. She was living amongst his clan. So no they aren equal.
It is real. He was born and raised in Scotland, but from traveling and acting in other countries his accent became a bit soft. If you listen closely, he still sounds Scottish, just not as much as in the show.
What about Jamie ‘s betrayal of Claire with laoghaire of a😮 pe😊? No t the secret marr😮 but how he willingly gave into her temptations and passionate ly kissed and carressed her and then told h😮that he would be w😊her. He betrayed and broke trust with Claire and had n😮 remorse.
