I was having a very frustrating issue with Microsoft Outlook where I would receive a meeting notice, accept it and see it on my Outlook calendar. Then sometime later it would disappear. I began to notice that this would happen when people would change the day/time of an existing meeting notice. Our IT folks found a setting which was able to resolve my issue. I hope this helps someone out there as it took us a long time to figure out.
