It’s not a colonial movement. The Land of Israel belongs to the Jews today as it did thousands of years ago. I think the ways in which it was described about the home executions really gave me a new sense of what’s going on. I mean I knew shootings were happening but I didn’t know just how much of a planned deliberate execution this was.

The human shielding thing is often a myth. The only evidence ever offered is Israel assertions There have certainly been instances when independent agencies have tried to verify the claim and find no evidence for it Norman Finkelstein in his book "Gaza: An Inquest into its Martyrdom" goes through all the Human Rights reports on this point as related to a couple of specific Israeli massacres. So at least on some occasions the attacks on schools and hospitals are just Nazi style collective punishment of the occupied population.
