That security guard was unhinged. TLA can look after himself but he certainly treated a lady badly who deserved more respect. He escalated things with her dreadfully.I thought for a minute it was going to get physical. I hope steps are taken to remove him from an area where he could hurt someone. Thankfully the Sergeant stepped up this time. He’d learned that filming is appropriate in public places.,

Make sure the sergeant does his job and that the fool is prosecuted. That is absolutely a breach of the peace against you and the female. Because the offence occurred in the officers presence, it becomes arrestable. The cop needs a complaint.

I don't fully agree with what auditors do. Most of them are rude just to get reactions. But this guy if he is security I am glad you exposed him. How refreshing to find a police officer who actually follows the law, although initially he seemed to be heading down the corporate protection route by requesting you discuss it outside, once you declined that offer he eventually came round to doing the job he is payed to do. The job centre security guy who lost his composure when confronting you needs to go on an anger management course which I am sure his employer could help him with after they fire him.

14:30 The sgt's put himself in an awkward situation. He desperately doesn't want to do anything about the aggressive security guard. And he'll do anything to try and gaslight TLA and pretend that he's doing something. But when the woman who was also verbally abused by the twat of a security guard he realised that the situation is real and not something that he thinks all auditors do - which is that the auditor winds up the security. He now knows that the security was the one totally out of control. And in front of the sgt too. So he couldn't disbelieve the evidence in front of his own eyes.
