You can find by Google ing it hairstylist that cut wigs and they can cut the bangs for you for a reasonable price especially if you go in. There with multiple ones that you need to have work done on my hairstylist. She has a couple of people in her salon that she owns she owns 2 actually but that cut wigs and color wigs and all kinds of things with. Wigs and that's so fun.
