Makes me want to go on on a winter visit. My Dad stopped here on a trip from one base to another. Temps were in minus range. The parking area we stopped was covered in snow. He got out of the car, grabbed a few frames and got back in the car with the shivers. The only time I remember on any trip that we stayed in the car.
So glad to see your wonderful review, videos and pictures of Utah’s NPs. Utah also has beautiful state parks and back country. That is my back yard, so if you ever want to get off the main drags, let me know. I would love to take you to some of those places.
Hey Jeff, Zack and Boomer: I so envy all of you to be able to walk around, take pictures and actually see all the spectacularly beautiful sites here on Mother Earth...places I have never seen nor will see in person. Thanks to your journeys and your amazing photography I am able to enjoy at least seeing them in my lifetime. You all are so talented and do such beautiful work. Drives me nuts as a UT native when Zion is pronounced wrong over and over! It is not pronounced "Zi-on" folks, it is actually "Zi-uhn." 😊 Google it if you like!
Thanks for pointing this out. This kind of thing happens a lot in travel. We blow into a place without knowing the subtleties of things like pronunciation of place names and it’s frustrating for locals. Our apologies to you and thanks for the education.
Hadn't seen this show in rotation for awhile. Watching it for a minute and remembered - Oh yeah- this is the guy who reeeeally likes having himself on camera a lot!,- half as much as the scenery and very little about photography. No thanks, dude. I'll pass.
Fair critique but not because I like being on camera. Shit man, look at me! Hahaha. If an episode is heavy on my selfie cam it's usually because we were light on content. I'd MUCH rather show the scenery than me. Give us another try as the Season 4 shows drop. Thanks!
