Then it frees Diablo from the flow of time while you kinda stuck in the current of time (if you catch my *drift*) and without knowing you have suddenly moved 10 feet with your fist extended and your very confused but you dont remember doing this cuz u could never react to diablos movement in the first place so whole ur confused Diablo lines up a strike and kills you. This is what I think at least. Basicly this might not match you would be playing out the events of you actually were to hit Diablo or do whatever.

Supreme Noir GER pretty much does what u say, but also reduces the willpower of that action to 0, effectively erasing that action forever. It even prevents its own actions during that time from being redone. This includes abilities such as Epitaph, which allowed GER to bypass its premonition. Also, GER is pretty much an Arcane Master. It can bypass Time Erasure as far as we can see, and can cause time to loop in such a specific way.
