I know this was 4 months ago but i just got the 15 inch outvue for $39 i like ike it diffently greats less smoke then my regular fire pit my wife is not complaining about smoke. Thanks for your review
Hey there, you’re video help me decide to buy one of these cheap knockoff pits. I got the OutVue 15” pit for $44.99 on Amazon. Incredible price for a stainless pit. It arrived with the fire grate upside down, had to disassemble the fire grate and ash pan and flip the fire grate over the correct way. Other than that it’s a fantastic little pit, I believe it burns better than my Solo Stove Ranger and definitely better than my Hotshot 15” pit.
@@BelLavoroAutoSpaSo far I’ve owned a Solo Stove Ranger, Hotshot 15”, East Oak 17” and now the Outvue 15”. The Hotshot 15” is the worst, hard to get started and doesn’t draft very well, small flames and lots of smoke. The Solo Stove Ranger is pretty easy to get going and flames are pretty good, probably the least smoke. The East Oak is the easiest to get going, drafts very good and flame is ridiculous, this pit roars like a jet engine but smokes more than the Solo Stove. The Outvue 15” is somewhere in between the Solo Stove and East Oak. It’s very easy to get going, really good draft and seems to be better flame than the Solo Stove but not quite as ridiculous as the East Oak. The Outvue smokes about the same as the Solo Stove which is less than the East Oak. For the money the Outvue is the clear winner in my opinion. It also has the option of running pellets which the Hotshot can’t and the East Oak doesn’t mention in the manual and the Solo Stove requires a $40 pellet adapter plate. The Outvue does seem the worst in build quality though, but you’re only paying $44.99 so it’s perfectly acceptable just cosmetic imperfections.
@travisedmiston8001 yea those are all the reasons i chose it. Build quality may not be the best bit it's a stainless steel fire put just need it for that reason only.
@@deshonapplewhiteHow in the hell do you fit 30 lbs of pellets in the 15”? I know my 15” won’t hold but about 15 lbs and it’s up to the secondary burn holes.
Nice review bud. I agree these name brand smokeless fire pits are crazy dumb expensive and been on the hunt for a good valued knock off. I was planning on having it on my deck so thats the only caveat for me. Does this come with or optioned with a heat deflector?
Awesome, it looks great. I bought a black steel one but living near SPI hasn’t helped with rust. So looking into a stainless steel. Did you find a heat deflector for it?
