Whilst I love your face, I couldn't help finding myself desperately trying to see the product behind you for half of the video. Besides that, this setup seems to be just what I'm looking for. 👍🏻
Like the weird dreams and thoughts about the back of our van have been put into a product and then recorded !! I’ll be buying one of these at the end of the year Great looking product .
On the strength of your review and oustanding features, I did a very rare thing (for me) and placed an order without seeing it. I drove up from Kent and had it fitted this week... What an awesome product, great design and attention to detail.... what more can I say other than life changing for me regarding my future work and leisure plans 10/10 in my opinion and good value for money, especially considering the quality of workmanship and materials used......
What a great concept this is. It looks like amazing value for money and is so adaptable for work and leisure. Well done Josh & Nick at Ovana UK Ltd for such an innovative idea.
This looks brilliant. However, I opted for the FORTYWINKS bed for my T6 Kombi, doesn't have as many functions as this neither does it have a slid out draw. But a great bed with a good 1+2 seat option and very well made. Also half the price. However if I was looking to use the van as a tradesman I'd have hands down gone for the OVANO. So many brilliant independent companies coming up with ingenious bed and storage solutions these days, options are limitless. Thanks for the video, we'll impressed!
Looks like a great product, and really well designed. As a new business i wish them the best, but i feel they might have priced themselves out of the market at 1500 quid. Would suit my needs but wouldn't feel comfortable paying a four figure sum.
I was thinking the same myself, I would have one of those but sadly not at that price even though it is well made with good materials etc, and it would have been ideal for us being disabled with the slide out bottom to put our stuff in.
Honestly I thought the same until it arrived. Like I mentioned the runners are £200 alone. For them to able to copy with runners that can carry that weight, everything else has to be upgraded to the same standard. I'd much rather it was a premium price for a quality product than they'd used cheaper materials and it not be up to the job or last. Maybe in time as their turn over is higher, their costs of materials may come down and the price of the switch be reflected. A customer of ours saw it and the build quality and ordered one straight away. This guy was a skilled tradesman and understood the quality and build. I hope it works for the Ovano guys, I'll defo buy another for the next vehicle.
@@THQAutomotive It's true what you have said that you only get what you pay for and we might bite the bullet and go for a one providing I can persuade the wife to go along with me lol
Just what I am looking for, just a decent slide out storage system with a 100kg load is £1200, then consider the whole functionality of the Ovano system, top storage plus the other shelf, then the full bulkhead option, and finally the bed. Yes the upfront cost is high, but a lot of thought and design has gone into it, and its ok for a company to make a profit too, they probably have to move quite a few units just to get anywhere close to being in front. As soon as my van arrives, I will be ordering this.
Just picked up one from Transporter HQ EU, it’s not cheap but as they mention in the video. When you see it in the flesh you can see why and with that, I’d say it’s a very fair price for the quality of the product. Fits so well in our SWB T5 and I tested it out with the bulk head up on the motorway back to Sweden, really great with no rattles or noise at all. In fact it helps reduce road noise! Slept on it, really simple and quick to fold into the bed mode which is great when you arrive at a stop late at night. I’d high recommend it! Quick question though, what mattress did you show in the video? Looks perfect for my upcoming trip to France!
I've been looking at these for a while, I have a T32 Kombi 2012, but it has the factory rear heater which limits choice. This, Exploria, Stitches and Steel and Van King (the Van King is a special order though as the standard doesn't accommodate the heater). I've researched the hell out of it and TBH I am 95% going with the Ovano. Another selling point is I'm not too bothered about keeping the rear seats (2+1) as I need to get SUP boards, surfboards, wakeboards, kiteboards in the back.
You get what you pay for. I guess they could make a budget version with cheaper parts / materials and carries less weight etc. I'd rather pay for the quality personally. They've take loads of orders since this video :)
Hey Gords. Thanks for the well wishes. we appreciate the price point will put some off, but so far the majority of our customers have come from using other bed systems and the feedback has been that they'd wished they'd bought ours from the outset, which obviously were thrilled about.
@@THQAutomotive thanks !! Do you think/know if i can remove the two middle seats, advance the rear 3 seats at the maximum, and install the Ovano switch ? Thanks
@@THQAutomotive sorry, « excuse my french » 😂i have a 7 seats Multivan (short), (in 2+2+3 with rail system), i would like to install the Ovano Switch. Can i install it with remove the two middle seats, and put the rear 3 seats in the maximum forward/front of the van ? The idea is too keep the possibility to have 5 seats. Thanks.
@@THQAutomotive How the work with the bike edition coming along? I would have one at a drop of a hat, Price not really an issue if the quality is good, which by the way looks 100%
It sooooo isn't. When you look in the quality parts, engineering, tooling needed, wages, premises to pay for. I think its great value. You get what you pay for. They have hundreds of happy customers. I've just ordered another for my own van.
