▶Ingredients:
-4 Kennebec potatoes
-8 TBSP cup extra virgin olive oil
-Pinch of salt
Flavor Options:
-add Garlic and butter
-smoked Spanish paprika
-Cheesy fries

Method:
Heat the oven to 225°C / 450F
Wash, and peel potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into 1.5cm / 1/4 inch thick batons, fires.
Part-boil in a pan of salted water for about 6-8 minutes until just tender when pierced with a skewer.
Drain well, place on an oven tray, and place in the fridge to evaporate the moisture.
Generously drizzle with olive oil
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the fries are golden brown and crisp, turning them a few times. Drain on kitchen paper, season, and serve immediately.
