And you will not get symmetry and a good looking physique with half reps and non-controlled movements. That's why most powerlifters look like powerlifters and not like bodybuilders. I'm sure andrew wouldnt look as good if he would train like others, performing half reps and using more momentum in lifting moves. Size is not shape.. Look at Morgen.. Of course it is genetics to a certain degree, but if you train bad, you will look bad.
