Just a few footnotes for this building: The 12X12 door side is now housing my boat. It is a Chaparral 255ssi on a Magic Tilt trailer. Total rig length is just over 31ft and the ground to top of tower height is 11ft. It fits in just fine. The other side will house a few project cars, tools and other items. The rear door was installed so we can get the lawn tractor in and out easily. We opted for the lap siding to give it a much better look than the standard siding. We are building a loft for extra storage above the rear door as well for extra storage. We are also insulating the building with barrier insulation and will be wiring it soon. So far we love the building. The neighbors are also impressed with it. However, a few stick in the butt neighbors are not so happy, but we ensured it was properly permitted and clear of any zoning/deed concerns. I bought this property specifically because of the lack of a HOA and deed restrictions. While the builder did set some in place back in the day, they expire after 30 years unless you have an HOA that extends it. I highly suggest folks do their research first before installing a building to ensure there will be no zoning or other deed restrictions. We did all of that before pulling the trigger. Thanks for a great building. I highly recommend you to anyone looking for a building.
Amazing garage!!! Do you guys offer insulation as well. So far I haven’t seen any of your buildings with it and I’m curious about whether that’s an option or not
very good video, but the background music? meh, Your product shows and sales very well as long as the crew that builds it can do the job well. Remember "this old house?" the viewers got to see the hands on people in a personable way.
