Hi Charlie, I followed the recipe to the letter, I decided to bake it for my husband and grandkids for Valentine’s Day and let me say grandma can finally bake, Than you, Thank you, Thank you, I’ve been telling everyone about you and your recipes. Grandma is a hit now lol. I wish I knew how to share my photo, I did take a picture of several steps and the final cake itself. My grandson said it was the best cake he’s ever had. Charlie that strawberry cheesecake looks sooo good. Okay I’m making it for this Sunday super bowl for my guys. So should I start preparing it Saturday in order to allow the 4-6 hours before removing from the pan and then another 6-8 hours in the refrigerator after I flip it over.
