Hey Charlie that looks absolutely delish cheese cake is specialty have you ever baked it in a water bath i the moisture makes the texture extra creamy and it helps to not crack I open the oven door last 5 minutes of cooking time turn off oven and let cheese cake cool off in oven because when you take a cheesecake from a hot oven the immediate temperature change will cause it to crack just something you might want to try but I know your cheesecake is delish like everything else you make Love your channel you the Bomb
Hello Alma! I've heard of all of those methods before. I always baked my cheesecake at a lower temperature like 260 and it never cracks. The only thing it that it takes time. I may give that a try next time and see if it works for me!
