You need to take down this video. I just called a dealer in Florida about this exact same boat and it’s now $78000.00 for a tin rig. There’s no way in h$& I will be buy a tin rig for that amount of money. Sorry Express your not in the same realm as a fiberglass boat. Just because my neighbor‘s house sold for $500000.00 that doesn’t mean mine‘s gonna be able too. Can I afford a $80000.00 yes do I want to buy a aluminum $80,000 boat that’s a Nega Tory ghost rider.
Everything I've seen and heard about the company, from their own behind the scenes vids with tours, test rides, and from new owners; its amazing boat and company. I've seen vids of guys doing 63-69 mph in rough water, the handling of how it turns and corners are amazing looking. Not to mention that if you love to fish shallow water and get into places you, can't with traditional fiberglass boats, it floats in 1.5 ft of water. Thanks for do this video.
I have the Xpress X19 pro,200hp Yamaha SHO and I will never own another fiberglass boat! This boat has exceeded my expectations. Everyone that has gotten into my boat says they can't believe how good this boat rides and handles.
Question please: I'm looking at the 19 also. As light as these Xpress rigs are, I would expect them to fly faster than I've been hearing. I had a Basscat that routinely broke 74 with just me with the 200SHO. What average top speed would your rig run solo?
I work for a 4th generation company so i GREATLY appreciate the family feeling of Express Boats. I have a XBay 23B on order that I hope to see in March/April. 250SHO and all the bells and whistles. My 'forever' boat. Cant wait to fish the lakes of Georgia and Alabama to the Inshore stuff in the Gulf and FL Atlanta coast. Thanks for this video. It's a great break down of their product.
When did $68,000 become a good price for a boat? Thats just insane what manufacturers are asking for these products. Im well aware prices have continually gone up over time and this may be a deal in todays market but wtf. At the end of the day its a 68k aluminum, not glass boat that nearly no working man can afford without doing a 10 year + note on. The x18/19 pro are 30-50k and thats already becoming borderline on the affordability scale. I have a well paying union job, manage my money wisely, and these prices simply baffle me.
Oh we agree whole heartedly with ya. The fact is that there are tons of people paying these prices everyday. Must be nice to have that kinda cash if ya ask us. Lol

I love their boats but the last on I bought was lacking big time on QC my seams in 2 seats came apart my color on the line x is coming out the wiring is junky on the boat and the trailer. If you have warranty issue they want it shipped back to Arkansas people are paying on boats that are sitting in AR. For months.

I had a 2013 X19 that was a good boat except if you fished in the rain you had to take everything out after because water got into every compartment. Talked to dealer and he gave me a few things to try but they didn't work.
Some guy on youtube said that boxes do not stay dry up front. He said he had his carpet lined and he thinks it was a mistake because they hold water. Very disappointed seeing as they should be dry boxes.
Yes and still the back seat compartment floods all the time. There is a guy that had their carpet bunks that cause corrosion in the aluminum and they won't back their warranty he is the only owner too
I have a Z21 and the xpress x19. I'm trying to get down to one boat. Am thinking of selling the Z21 trading in the x19 and getting the x21. Thanks for this video!
Have heard that before. Can you elaborate some more on the warranty issues? Have been considering Xpress but the negative stuff i've heard about the warranty has kept me away.

you get what you pay for with these boats. They will crack at some point. My boat has cracked four times. it'll crack at the welds on the sides first and then it'll the crimps next. Dealers are out to make a buck with all these alum. boats. Just take a look at the welds from boat to boat.
From our experience you are correct Bryan, however if a company stands behind their boats and give you a lifetime warranty then that goes a long way in our opinion. Do we like tin boats, no, not really but some are way better then others.
I just saw an x21 with 2 helix 9's and poles for $74k, there's absolutely no way the boat they built came in at $65k. A basic x21 with no poles and 9's is $59k.....
Great video Andy I thought you would like xpress, Im looking at the X19 with 200HP Yamaha SHO im sure it will be just as good as a deal as the X21. I fish smaller rivers and lakes so dont need that much boat. Keep up the great work. Love your videos you tell it like its!!!!!!!
I called Brian based on this video and he was a nice fella. There is not an Xpress dealer local to me and he is 5 hours away across the mountain range but if I buy an Xpress, I will give him a good shot at my business.
I paid 70000 out the door for my z 20 pro with live scope 3200 garmin 12 screen, double console and eve everything you just listed and more! Smdh everything you say I totally disagree with! Your getting paid off obviously
They need to replace foam bracing with extruded aluminium that's why the transom cracks and can't be rewelded. That equals "limited" lifetime warranty. Save your money and buy quality first! Gator Trax!
From the Gator trax website, a similarly rigged 21' strike series boat $68-80K. I am actively seeking a new boat and both of these are on my radar. 2 things have me leaning toward the xpress over the gator. Price is one. I have a Tacoma, which has a towing capacity to handle either rig, but a few hundred pounds heavier will definately be noticed. I have been drooling over the gator trax for a while. The .190 construction over the .125 of the xpress is a big plus. One other thing, I can go get the xpress I want right now if I want to but I'm OK with waiting a while to get what I want because this is gonna be the last boat for me.
@@TeamMarineService can you look into a company Avid . I know it’s another tin boat but they look to be producing something good but wonder if you have the right connections to get answers I can’t seem to find. Over/under or just a brand review would be awesome!
I'm curious how/why you considered this boat to be under priced but the Crestliner MX21 over priced when the Crestliner came in cheaper than the Xpress?
Purely based on the fact that we called down to Xpress and got to talk to a person who cared about their products and company culture. Crestliner chooses to automate there phone lines and forward you to dealers. That doesnt get a passing grade in our opinion

As a owner of a 2023 X19. I couldn’t believe you would come up with this same opinion if you had one in your shop. Of course I would have to go through another trailer tire just make it the 3 hours. Would run far away.
Gator Trax is a unique boat that can't be duplicated , best in materials and workmanship You are gonna pay for your dream boat but no Gator Trax owner ever complains or regrets going for the best
I know this is an old video but I’m getting my first upgrade boat and I fish the California Delta only and I am in a ton of shallow water I’m currently in a little Jon boat just cause I get so shallow after watching this review I think I’m sold on this boat do you think if you were spending your own money you would get one

Just saw the video. do say I enjoy these. Love to have a Aluminum boat except I am a big boy and they wobble too much for me when I am walking around the boat. Thy need a wider stance under the boat.
Just got a quote on one of these X21 Pros w/ 250 SHO, single console, single graph bow and console, sea deck, hot foot, jack plate, radio, trailer upgrade maybe one or two more options but those are the most $$. NO shallow water anchors. Came in at $83,500. Seems a little high to me and I was given a rough quote over the phone around 60k. For 60k probably for 83K no way
Bout $10k to high imo..$70k for a bass boat is exp!! Who doesn't agree!? Yeah it's cheaper than $85k but that's even more rediculous!! $50k bout it for bass boat
When y’all doing a Phoenix ? Also have you ever played with a 36 volt converter to 12 volt .... say for an old boat with an oil tank so you can’t have another battery to run electronics
