To overcome any negative emotion, it is very important to first feel it. Suppression is never the solution, after all we are emotional beings. As far as my understanding, your teachings dont mean suppression but changing that negative to positive. But that process itself involves facing those negative emotions, sometimes even discussing with our loved one to get clarity. I would like to request you to please include emotional intelligence along with law of attraction. I really appreciate the effort you are making to make a difference :)
