I really liked your story, and I am at a moment of my life that I am finally overcoming my fear of failure and doing. It's not perfect, but I am improving and learning from failure. also, I really agree with the pause after becoming frustrated, if you do things while frustrated/blocked, you will only get worse.
First of all, thank you for sharing your story! It's great to hear that you got over your fear and you kept going. It takes a lot of strength and bravery, so you should be really proud of yourself, because it's not easy at all! I really do believe that failures are there to make us better and make us even stronger. If we don't see it that way, then we won't get out of this destructive spiral. We are not perfect, nobody is. We fail, but we also learn and at the end and we do amazing things. And yes, taking your time is very important. Doing things with frustration is going to cause even more failures.
