@@faryalgul I can't speak for him obviously but if I would be you I would say Is it the results what matters or keeping things in house or something along those lines.
When pitching marketing - I've got a guy who does SEO for me already. I usually ask "and how's that going for you?" And I'm pretty sure they start lying and exaggerating their results.
About ojections i had you would't believe them... I work in Italy, so so narrow minded about marketing... Not everyone obviously, but it's crazy how hard people try to NOT increase revenue in this country!
When selling knives, most people say they are happy with what they have already. The only way I can get to sell in front of more people is by personal recommendations, and everyone says they are not comfortable giving me other people's names and numbers, which is completely understandable but I just need more recommendations to make more money
Hi Jordan My question is what to do when our pontential customer says That they r to small to expand or they cannot hire an extra emoloyee to carry the work for them?
Hi, Jordan! I am working in a web development agency. We are just starting so we don't have enough portfolio to show. And my objection when I do a cold call is that people are not interested and they have a website that has to be renovated.
I have a lot of objections like: _How long have you been in the market ? What should you say and you're just starting! _ Do you have an office ? Maybe they will dismiss on you because they think you're not trusted, or why should I trust you.
Great video as always Jordan Since I am brand new to this and do not have any results to show how would I fire back to an objection about no results or no proof to show...I have heard that maybe doing some work on ‘upwork’ would help
Hi jordan, another great video. My objections this week was from a boutique, that they didnt have time right now,can you email your details to me later. A classic brush off i know, but i know for a fact i can get them results because they are selling online with no pixal. I know you covered this in video but do you think i should email a video purposal to her or just give her a pdf purposal? Thanks for the great content jordan 🤜
My Objection: "I don't think you have the skills/assets necessary to provide value/help my business" - without having case studies or testimonials to prove that you do.
I’ve had something today someone said they’re getting 25x customers per day with another marketing company and their product is £1500-2000 I don’t know if I can beat that but what kind of thing can be said in this situation
Good one - "I tell you what, I'm that confident in what I'm capable of I'll prove it to you - I'll run one advert over the next 5 days, for free, but I expect you to spend at least £200 over those 5 days"
"I tell you what, I'm that confident in what I'm capable of I'll prove it to you - I'll run one advert over the next 5 days, for free, but I expect you to spend at least £200 over those 5 days"
Hey Ilke, for the answer to this objection watch the video from 1:48 let me know if this helps :) If the prospect really doesn't have enough money to move forward with your product or service, move on and maybe follow up with them in a few months.
Restaurant that says they don’t need marketing because they always have a 2 hr wait and basically have no way to make more revenue. Patiently waiting on a response lol
Yee, it's a common objection... What I usually say on this is : "I understand you completely (name), its not an easy decision to make. Especially because you've never done something like this before. But I'm gonna be honest with you (name)... We're all aware of the fast change in the industry today, and today's market will not find your product/service if it's not in front their nose. Let me prove that we can boost your sales to at least 30% in the first few weeks, and we won't charge you anything. I just want you to lose that fear which is holding you back and prove that you wont regret this. Sounds fair enough? “
This one might surprise you... Once a car dealership owner said - "Oh I actually don't want to sell anymore than we are doing at the moment." What about that hahaha?
same happened to me, i called this second hand car dealership owner, and he told me "i dont want to sell more cars than what we are doing right now"....whats wrong with this people
From a bar owner: " I would like to increase our revenue especially now that we're open again but I worry I don't have the staff to cover increased traffic through my doors at this time."
"I have already tried it; it doesn't work" In my opinion, marketing is as much execution as it is about strategy. A lot of the prospects have attempted doing online marketing themselves without the necessary skillset and haven't seen success with it. Therefore, they believe that an agency can't make it work. How to politely convey that you didn't do it right?
"I noticed you've ran ads in the past, that's actually why I reached out. You left a lot of money with your old strategy and I'd love to spend 15 minutes with you and share some ideas, what have you got to lose?"
I started calling 1 week before and I'm really nervous when I'm calling :D I watched a lot of cold calls, but I found, that I'm not a person, who likes argumentation xD I'm just calling them if they want to send free analysis, where I give them some tips to grow their business. One man, without Facebook, Ig, has the only web, which looks like from 2010 XD and he said: NO, Don't want free analysis, and I can't tell him something like: Why you wouldn't be interested? I just said: Okay, I understand, bye :D He was really unpleasant, but I found, that this my problem is arguing. When someone doesn't need it, I don't need to force it
Hey Jordan, i get after that meeting, look everything you said makes sense but can you put that in an email and i will talk to my partner and get back to you.
Hey Jordan,so I'm relatively new to everything HOWEVER I've never been more serious about investing into my agency and getting more clients. Honestly I'd love the oppurtunity to get on a call with you😄❤️
"I know, that's actually the reason I reached out, I can see you're actively trying at the moment which is great, but you're leaving a lot of money on the table with your current strategy - what have you got to lose by spending 15 minutes with me?"
Hei Jordan, I paid and I was supposed to have an appointment call with Mr. Reeves on the previous Monday. It was cancelled and I understand the reason as stated in the email. I asked and requested for a reschedule for the call but I got no reply.
I read all the comments and seriously, the value in your answers to the comments is more than the value in a lot of videos on youtube. I'm not talking about the video it self I'm just talking about the comments 😅❤️
How do you get past them not even replying to your message or your email? I’ve implemented the video DMing from one of your last videos mate, and business owners still don’t reply to a good handful of them. Some don’t even read the message or open it. How can I handle objections if I can’t even have that initial conversation? It’s like no one cares about making more money or growing their business or using Social Media to do so?
If a business genuinely doesn't have money to invest in marketing but you believe they have a good product and solid distribution etc, would you suggest working on commission (on top of them covering the ad budget of course)? If yes what is the good percentage to start negotiating, any thoughts?
I am from India, here people are not willing to pay you for social media marketing, I can't start with local business they won't even pay 200$ , what can I do,. Thankyou for so much value
Hey Mate, I am an Indian living in the Netherlands for my masters. Anyway, what I wanna tell you is that the western world outsource their services to countries like India, Indonesia and other high population countries. For you, I think it is better to start on Fiverr and Upwork and advertise your services. Western agencies might reach out to you for your services. Also yes, you need to have value of Indian Rupees in mind. People pay 1500 euros (1.25 lakh inr ) per month for digital marketing here but you cannot expect that in India. Thus, may be start with offering your services then lets see where it goes.
