Overcoming the Ahab and Jezebel spirits | Pastor Mark Driscoll 

I realize that the root of feminism is the Jezebel spirit. I have repented from this and asked the Lord to help me submit to my husband.

It’s so refreshing to see a masculine man teaching and preaching without fear 🙏🏽 nothing worse than ahab behind the mic.

Thank God for this sermon…He just calls it as it is. It’s not NPD, BPD, DID, CPTSD it’s straight up diabolical/demonic… These people need deliverance if they want to change. God help us… any of us who are going through this on either side…give us clarity, deliverance and healing in Jesus name I pray…Amen

I needed this message 1 year ago. I learned the hard way to cast off my Ahab spirit. Don’t be passive fathers, it will destroy you.

There are 3 options 1- A health relationship 2- An unhealthy relationship 3- No relationship As a Christian, there are only 2 choices 1 & 3. The 2nd is making a conscious decision to keep Satan in control of my life and relationship. This to me is not a choice. I will choose God 1st before any relationship.

I am not a man but these teachings really help me out.

This guy is EXACTLY what RU-vid needs for men. The majority of churches are full of women so they don't offend them. This is the first pastor who acknowledges women abuse to men that never gets talked about.

Blessed are the peace makers for they shall be called the children of God. The definitions for peace keeper and peace maker need to be swapped. However, I got the message of what Pastor was conveying. I pray for our strong men of God to rise up and defeat the Jezebel and Ahab spirits and our Godly women to recognize when the devil is using the Jezebel and Ahab spirit to break down our men and family, in the mighty Name of Yeshua.

This is very good. I have listen to many teachings on jezebell. The headline will say how to defeat the spirit of jezebell but they all are just exposing and not telling u how to overcome the spirit. But this teaching is superb. But He is😊 teaching how to overcome jezbell and ahab.

Follow after peace and holiness with all men without such none shall see the LORD. A just weight in the LORD’s delight.

22:00 - “If you live out of the flesh, you’re going to be an idiot.” - Pastor Mark This made me spit my coffee all over my dash, while going 85mph in heavy traffic. Finally someone who doesn’t care about money, softness, and speaks the Word of God as it should be spoken. Is Pastor Mark as graceful as Jesus probably was? No, but he is what I need to hear.

It feels like my journey has a pendulum... Once similiar to Jezebel I've swung to the other side to Ahab. Where as my spouse has done the reverse. We've been separated 3years as of this last Tuesday and she is lost, fine with making decisions to live in limbo and although its not 100% exact we are in the middle of this spiritual warfare full force and It is extremely sad. I've put our marriage on the altar and am focused in my prayer that she just turn towards Christ and understands His love for her. We are young, (Late 30's) and there is so much more than a few years of marriage on the line. Please join me in prayer over my spouse and myself during this. It could be worse and I know God has a plan.

Wow this message is amazing and on point for what and who I am dealing with right now. I am dealing with different people in my family, some Ahab and some Jezebel. It is extremely difficult to navigate. The toxicity and negativity of the Jezebel has broken me several times. God has strengthened me over and over and over. I love the statement of having faith over fear, even if it seems impossible sometimes.

Wow! I'm learning so much here, but in my case he's the jezabel. It is so exhausting dealing with people like this! My stepmom is for sure a jezabel & she was so abusive to me & controlling! She has always controlled everything in my family & my dad is most definitely the Ahab. He let the abuse happen & only once stood up to her. I am now not considered part of the family, for standing up for myself & leaving when I was 15. I am dealing with severe PTSD from all of this.

There are so many guys out there that haven't been married that long, and already have a kid or two with Jezebel, and they are convinced that if they stand up to her, she will leave with the kids and make his life a living hell.

They say when the student is ready, then the teacher will appear. I did a google search and your tiktok came up where it said the word that will free you from a Jezebel is "NO". I'm READY to not only hear this word, but more importantly DO this word. I was in a former relationship where I recognized that she was a Jezebel Succubus. But I never understood WHY I accepted such terrible treatment. I kept peeling back the layers and I notice how my own mother treated my step father, and then my biological father. I've grown up in environment of Jezebel's and Ahab's and didn't even know it. There's a spirit of Son-Husband, Enmeshment, Codependency energy that has infested my sister and I for years. I NEED tools to not only Pray these generational curses away, but to ensure my actions, my walk and talk ensures that they NEVER return within my family and my future own family again. My father (as an Ahab) lives for over 39 years with a Jezebel posessed woman (my mother) and for the past years he lives in such of an internal Hell up to the point that he literally couldn't see the World around him anymore. He had a brain surgery but never recovered. They are both Born again penticostals since year 2000, but nothing changed in the home but going to church. I forgave both of them and it was the best thing of my life. Now I can live in Peace! I hope you do also!

Be a peacemaker

Jesus was a peacemaker NOT a peacekeeper. Peacekeepers work through the spirits of fear and avoidance. Peacemakers MAKE/RESTORE peace from a place of strength even if they must go through conflict. I believe someone's gotten those two terms confused 🤗

Great message! Though, I think there may have been a little mixup on “peace maker vs peace keeper” We are called to be peace makers 🙏 9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. Matthew 5:9

So I’m not sure about the Peace Maker/ Peace Keeper. The Peace Maker has to make peace, there is an action. The Peace Keeper is the person who just says, “hey yeah, we need to not say that because people won’t like it.” It appears we are on the same page, one requires action and it is the desired result.

There is a part of the brain that deals with saying yes or no. Most people today do not have a large part of the brain that can say no. So you have to practice saying NO. You have to practice that, while that can be uncomfortable, to become comfortable with being in uncomfortable situations.

With all respect: How does your being a proponent of drinking whiskey (during your teaching) help give a clear message to someone for whom that is a foothold which allows demonic access to himself and his family?
