Thanks for these awesome videos! You mentioned the "butt wink" is thought to be a result of tight hamstrings and mentioned you'd reference an article about it - would you mind to share that article? Also, the "myth of knees over the toes" being a bad thing ... is there any reference to that as well? I know it does increase load on the patellar tendon - what do you mean that it is a myth? That it's okay for this type of lifting if controlled or what? Thanks again!
