Of all the cars you own or even HAVE owned, the lines and styling of this car deserve a color and the workmanship of these “ninjas” like none other! The DBS is one of the most gorgeous styling exercises to ever be actually put into production, the others being either Astons or Ferrari/Maserati and maybe the GT40. You are truly a blessed man James.

James, been watching your show for a while, and the progression up has been insane. I’m american, a rural American who does not have the Formal Education and polish that you have, However James, what makes you so successful in my opinion is that even though we’re so different you come off not as a pompous up tight stick in the ass, it’s very refreshing sir. Plus, I hear a regular guy come out sometimes which always makes me laugh. This all sounds weird as F, but it’s true and 100% heterosexual ha ha ha ha

I'm lucky that i can walk to Aston MRtin works from my house!!! Love everything Aston Martin.....but sorry hate that green colour....but hey its not my car...so doesnt matter.

I'd be scared stiff to take that car out or park it anywhere, that paint job must have cost more than all the cars I've owned in the past 30 years......painted by humans, not robots, there's hope for the youngsters of today...get an apprenticeship with guys like these, and you're set up for life...
How much has this paint job cost??? The attention to detail is staggering, there cannot be any way to get a better finish than this. Must be ridiculously expensive but if I had the money and the car I would certainly do the same.
When we have homeless, food banks, and the poorest element of society facing absolute poverty is it morally acceptable to spend so much money on what is a luxury play thing?
What Paul was saying about the clear coat becoming unpolishable after a certain time period is not true. Sure, the coat will be harder, and will take more labor, but you can polish any clear coat to a mirror shine.
I really hope Mr JWW has had them spray a lot of extra clear coats... that way he can have the car sanded and buffed to a perfectly smooth mirror finish, not the distorted orange peel crap most cars have.
@@Kigoz4Life its the last coats of paint sprayed on the top of all the color. Good clear coat protects the paint from UV damage for decades. Multiple clear coats are useful so that they give a good thickness, necessary for making the surface perfect.
Not green again. I understand and of course accept its your car, your choice etc but I really don't understand this current obsession that youtubers have for green It's such an awful colour for a car. een
Lewis seems like an absolute champion, and clearly knows his stuff! Honestly the science of paint is endlessly fascinating when you start digging down into it, there's just so much to learn. Congratulations, it's gonna look incredible!
Lots of admiration for AMW (hey they used to service my DB9), and evidently the paint shop are performing alchemy, but I have to say I see 20 year old Honda’s / Toyota’s and the paint is fine…. 🤨

I love that green so much, James... if my Vantage wasn't a one-of-one spec (the only 4.7 they made in Speed Yellow) I'd be begging you for a few pints of that Lennox Green. It's just so perfect for an Aston. Maybe if I decide to trade up to a Vanquish...

Wow... I said it when you debuted the DBX that is would look amazing on some of the other cars... Glad it's on my favorite Aston the DBS... Although I'm insanely jealous of the car and how good it's going to look, its absolutely the best choice! Nice work bud!
When Binky was painted they put the BOM logo on in a very very slight tint. You missed the chance to do something similar here. Imagine "JWW" logo like a scud-shield but so subtle that it needs the right light and the viewer needs to have to have it pointed out.
