In the fourth and final installment of our series on Overland Recovery Gear we look at organizing gear for a Level 3 trip. This is where we take a long hard look at winching and rigging gear and how to organize it and keep it protected while traveling. Remember, although videos like this are informative they are no substitute for hands-on training with a professional instructor. This is especially true when it comes to winching and rigging due to the complexity of the equipment and the potential for danger. As always if you have any questions drop them down in the comments below.
In case you missed the first three videos:
Part 1: • Overland Recovery Gear...
Part 2: • Overland Recovery Gear...
Part 3: • Overland Recovery Gear...

Thanks for a great video series. I learned a lot. I like how you break things down in the levels based on the expected trip. Is that something you came up with or is that shared throughout the Overland world? I don’t recall seeing them in these videos, but do you carry tire deflators, a winch damper, or wheel chocks? I’m currently equipping my power wagon, so I’ve been doing a lot of research. Thanks!

We will not. It's too close to East for us to make it work. However Dean will be out there are an instructor as usual so he will be floating around with Sasquatch.
