Overland trailer KAVIK build walk through 

One gravel road and that window is gone.

I've got the same trailer and plan on leaving ramp attached when I make similar camper. I'll use it as a mini patio with pipe flanges on it too screw short pipes for "patio" supports. Seen that on tailgate of a toy box hauler parked next to sidewalk on Rose Parade route years ago.

Unfortunately those house windows will not last. Vibration from roads and trails will separate the seals and let air in. Eliminating the reason for dual pane (no insulation)

I would've designed the build to incorporate the gate as like a small screened in porch deal . . . . . . but that is me .

Why cut off the peg brackets? Why not use them as extra security to keep the box from moving?

Should have nailed the siding on at the top of the boards, then you don't see any nails.

This trailer seems massively overloaded with all this on it. I would guess it's rated for 1500-2000lb. By the time you get all this on one and full it with what you need how much do you think it all weights?
