Today we are camping and trout fishing on a beautiful Texas hill country river, off the texas hill country overland route. We got to hit some great off road trails on the way, and the toyota 4runner and lexus gx460 did awesome. this trip was one for the books, for sure. Thank you for watching yall, see you next time!

As someone who's lived in Texas for 55 years I've never came across land I would consider useful for overlanding. The vast majority of Texas is privately owned which I personally Love!!

Where is the camp at? Isn't most of the route county roads with easements through private land? I'm in SA and have been wanting to explore this but kind-of new to it.

I found the Dispersed Camping site; is it truly dispersed though? Did you have to have to do anything prior to setting up camp? I just want to make sure I take all the right steps to camp out there.
