Play starts with 2 teams of 3 players attacking 3v2 and attempting to outscore the other team of 3.
There should be an odd number of balls located along the central line and the drill comes to a close once all the balls have been used.
Players attacking must find a balance between attacking quickly in order to get as many attacks as possible but also attacking efficiently in order to score as many points as possible.
