There's a place in Virginia right off route 95 it's called Dead Man's Bluff, there's a long history of this car that went off the hill with a young woman who died in the crash. People report seeing this woman that runs out in front of them, but as you pass you can see right through her! I was going down the road with one of my drivers and we both saw her. I got on the cb and asked him if he saw her? He said yes about a mile down the road we saw a cop and told him, he told us the legend. I decided to pull the video from both trucks and there was a creepy shadow thing. That was almost a year ago, and thinking back still gives me an uneasy feeling of despair. Alex, do you believe in ghosts, I do and so does my driver after that night.

You are the reason I'm trying to get my CDL. I always wanted to do truck driving since I was 9 or 10 (14 or 15 years ago). I didn't want to at first only because it's a long process for me to get it due to medical issues. I asked my doctor if I'm able to get it and he said he doesn't see why not. Hopefully the doctors who do the DOT medical exams would allow me.

I was doing an Uber eats delivery. I deliver to somebody’s house on Salems lot street. What was weird was when I came up to the front door. The dog started barking, but they were barking at the back of the house when I was in the front that was pretty scary.

You are 100% correct about having to make sacrifices in order to get ahead. It takes great discipline and motivation to make those sacrifices but the whole point of making those sacrifices today is to reap a greater return or benefit in the future. You are doing that for your family. You are a driven, good young man that is working hard to provide your family with a better life. Young people don’t want to do that these days….they just want it to be given to them. Well, that doesn’t work and those people will be very disappointed when they find that they ever made any sacrifices today for a better tomorrow. I was and still am very driven and I made many, many sacrifices because I knew it would pay off. Yes, I missed events in ,y Childrens lives that saddened me but Imdid it so,they could have the best life, far better than the life I had and it all paid off. It was grueling, stressful and depressing at times but there’s an old saying; “what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger” and it is 100% true. For a kid that put himself through school, over 40 years ago, I ended up doing extremely well and have been able to provide an excellent standard of living for my wife and 3 adult children which makes me very happy. I was able to put all 3 through college. My kids all know the hard work and sacrifices that I had to make and always tell me how grateful they are and look up to me for giving them a great standard of living. You are setting your kids up with a foundation for success. Sorry for the long comment but you are doing the right thing and they will be very grateful and always look up to you and love you for,your hard work and sacrifices. You should be proud. Good luck!

I remember one time I was tired and just wanted to get home. My last pickup was about 30 minutes from the yard, so backed up, heard what sound like the 5th latching, did a quick tug test and it all seemed fine. When I got out, I looked and everything seemed copesetic if a little high. As I was raising the landing gear my mind told me, just do another tug. Got in, put the truck in gear, pressed on the accelerator and heard a very loud, "ker klunk." Yeah, turns out I was not latched so the trailer fell about two inches and got caught by the landing gear. Glad I did that second test.

I once had s weird experience in my teen years. I was driving to my job at Burger King at 4 in the morning. As im going along i spotted someone asleep in the middle of the street! I thought it was a trap, and i was going to be attacked! I slowly got out and nudged the lady who was asleep. She awoke, got up and walked away. Eerie!!
