9:24 Rbi has permitted total financial commitment of upto 400% of the net worth of indian entity... It's not 400% of the net worth of foreign entity!

Sir pardon me if i may be wrong. but at 09:35 when we are talking about networth (400%). the we need to consider the networth of the Indian Party. and not of the foreign entity.
