Bbb went woke and quickly went broke. Sad they got involved in politics which ultimately led to their downfall!!! The management destroyed their company. Good for overstock basically stealing the business for nothing
No. This isn't 2 different companies joining. It's Overstock buying the NAME Bed Bath and Beyond and then deciding to change to Bed Bath and Beyond because of brand recognition.
not merger, bbby bankrupt delisted with shareholder getting wiped out , any money from the liquidation sale (physical inventories / bbby brand IP) will go to repaying senior debt first
