When talking about inflation and "bacon & eggs" issues, why is there no discussion of corporate profits? And no discussion of Supreme Court justices slow walking their decision?

Lots of haters on Kellyanne Conway but nobody challenged the facts she did mention (Polls show Trump is favored over Biden, polls show Biden has a terrible job performance, and polls show that Trump is the one full of energy). And anyone saying that democrats favor democracy missed the memo when it came to democrats wanting an alternative candidate to Biden and the DNC shut that down.
I skipped past most of the panel discussion because it wasn’t really a discussion. KellyAnne talks over everyone, dominates every conversation, and can’t seem to have an honest discussion about anything.

Her correct name is Kellyanne Conjob. I have no idea what goes on when booking "guests" on political shows, but I'm guessing the creepiness and "alternative facts" that Conjob represents led some MAX beancounter to think this would improve ratings.
Even worse -- she's auditioning again for a job in another Trump administration, and Maher is giving her the platform for it. Watch it again and note how she spends most of the time aiming her (expensively re-engineered) face toward the camera, instead of looking at the people next to her, who are speaking. A 24K phoney!

Inflation is always complicated it has domestic factors and international factors. When all the major governments all pursued the exact same money printing policy we got a massive inflation. You can’t give any individual government a pass. They are all responsible for what we’re in.
Look at the money that is spent in the US on politics and elections. It's a lucrative, pathetic endeavor. The money contributed to national and state elections could have paid for everything America goes in to debt for.
@@JMQA1 I thought that would mean the opposite, unless your country pegs their dollar based on USD (like, for eg, Barbados). We don’t do that in Canada. Our economies are intertwined but our currencies tend to trend in opposite directions.

We were also taught in school about our system of government and the 3 co-equal branches of government. Unfortunately some never learned this but feel empowered because they only listen to others who reinforce their prejudices and bias. Everyone has an opinion but it means nothing if it isn’t an informed one and if you think POTUS has or should have all or absolute authority then this isn’t the country for you.

What a disappointment. Bill gave Kellyanne an hour of very little push back. The second guest was a terrible choice. Just awful. What did he offer? If Bill didn't have the balls to call his friend out, he should have had a guest that would. Period. All she does is filibuster. She said that is a fact numerous times. No one could have said, or reminded the people she is responsible for the term alternative facts? That is the least they could have done. This was terrible. What about listing Joe's multiple big accomplishments while in office? No one did that. This was a real travesty.

With the exception of Bills opening & his chat with Daltry this was by far the worst of any Realtime show I've seen. Lastly, there are very few people I know of that I can't stand looking at or listening to & Kelly's one of them.

Bill, I usually agree with you most of the time but you are just wrong about Israel. Nobody is saying that Israel doesn’t have the right to defend itself, but they’ve taken it too far. Israel has one of the best military’s in the world and they are fighting people who are throwing rocks and Israel is killing 90% civilians. Hamas killed 1300 people on Oct 7th which was awful but Israel has responded and killed at the very minimum 32,000 ( with a casualty ratio of roughly 26 to 1 people 🤢 and over 90% civilians). It’s enough. This is just going to create more young people who hate Israel and create more Hamas terrorizers when they are killing all their mothers and fathers in cold blood. It makes zero sense for them to continue to slaughter these people, it’s not a fair fight and the innocent are the ones being hurt the most. They completely destroyed their homes, took their land and bombed all their cities so now these people have nowhere to go home to it’s so gross what the Israeli government is doing. I don’t understand you continuing to support Israel, but I’m not surprised as you also complained about people protesting theVietnam war and to this day you still say that was also a just war when nobody else on the planet agrees with that. Kellyanne talks really fast and in that cadence that makes it sound like what she's saying is true, which is such a gift. But what she is saying is the opposite. First of all, the fact that potential Hillary cabinet members in 2016 were looking for DC real estate is a non-story because both parties have that every election year. Right now, Biden's cabinet members are deciding whether they'll stay or move, and trump is hinting at a few people about whether they'll have to stay or move to DC. Not a conspiracy, but her inflections make you think there is.
As much as I dislike her viewpoints, you do have to admit she is very good at what she does. You’re right about the way she says things. She is so good at spin. But I wonder how she truly lives with herself telling so many lies. Does she believe her own spin?
What I enjoyed about this week's episode (the whole episode) is the guy saying "when you turn on the TV"... And I think: Young people don't watch TV. What is he talking about? Fact checking on this show has plummetted. They complained about student loan forgiveness and how it affects the students protesting today. WTF? There is no student loan forgiveness for anyone still in college. Student loans that were forgiven were generally at least 10 years old and where loans where the person still owed more money than they borrowed because the interest on student loans is outrageous.
