People always think that the citizens of the UK spend so much money keeping me Royals living the high life. But the truth is, it's a cost to the citizens of less than 5bp per annum. And he seems like a real human being. And he'd be open and available to criticism....he'd engage and debate and push back.....AND I think listen and consider alternative points of view. He was a guest on Fox, CNN, and MSNBC quite often and the stuff he said, the Trump crap he defended… He came across as a dummy, imo. One time in particular while listening to him I thought “Wow! I could be New Jersey’s governor. I’m much smarter than he is and I speak better”. Same with Trump. He didn’t know a lot of basic things when he started and his aides and a few cabinet members said he showed little to no interest in putting in the effort to actually learn things. I think there were so many words he didn’t know and he didn’t want people to find out. I think it’s one of the reasons he wanted Ivanka there. Honestly it depends on the guests. I've seen panels of five people work out just fine, able to move from topic to topic with no problem, and I've seen panels of two or three where it's a total clusterf***.

Honestly I much prefer older three panelists + 1 interview format. The show is way too serious and bogged down with only two panelists. I don't want Maher to be a news show, it's supposed to be entertaining, it needs people who can debate, who are quick on their feet.
