Thanks for the video! I have one question. After the customer sends a ticket, is there any possibility to include an approval chain before the tickets gets to agents to be processed?

I appreciate your videos! I'm curious how to better integrate Jira Service Desk with my developer Kanban boards so those who submit their SD tickets don't lose track of them. Is there a way to automatically update SD tickets based on work done on Kanban tickets in Jira? How should tickets created on the service desk side be connected with cards on the Kanban side? Thanks!

Hello, I was wondering if you could do a video on how to set up a team and modify order of work. For instance, tickets assigned to a team are round-robin'd to different agents in order they are received, as to make an equal amount of work being assigned across multiple agents. Thanks!
