Is there a way to automatically update SD tickets based on work done on Kanban tickets in Jira? How should tickets created on the service desk side be connected with cards on the Kanban side? Thanks!
Hello, I was wondering if you could do a video on how to set up a team and modify order of work. For instance, tickets assigned to a team are round-robin'd to different agents in order they are received, as to make an equal amount of work being assigned across multiple agents. Thanks!
