I love your kitchen. I'm a huge Kitchenaid fan too. I bet between the both of us we have everything Kitchenaid as ever made. LOL I don't have a huge kitchen. If my wish ever comes true I would love to live in a house that has an enormous kitchen, tiny bedroom, tiny bathroom, but a 3,500sq eat-in dine-in kitchen. It's where I spend most of my time!!

I totally agree - I could downsize every other part of the house, but upsize the kitchen and dining area!!

Can I mince dry garlic and cilantro with this? Debating between ninja express chopper and this immersion hand blender. Please advice. Thank you

Hello - I think so, if there was enough to chop. (probably not with just 1 clove garlic and small amount of cilantro). KitchenAid does make an immersion blender that also comes with a chopper accessory... both in corded and cordless varieties - that would give you some nice options.

Hi Cheryl - Looking for wattage - I do know it's a powerful DC motor - long lasting and much quieter.
