Hi my name is Tina Verrelli. I love creating and sharing recipes on my website epicuricloud.com. I am also an On-Air Guest for KitchenAid on QVC. I love to share tips, recipes and my passion for KitchenAid products with you! Please reach out and let me know if you have any questions!
That was magnificent. Thank you so very much. Never know how to use any of the blades. Hopefully you can get a helping aid to zoom in a bit closer to see an up close. Thank you so much. Much appreciated
IVE TRIED TWICE WITH MY BOWL AND THE ATTACHMENT FOR THE DASHER HAS POPPED OFF TWICE FREEZING THE DASHER HOW DOES YOURS STAY ON? I HAVE THE TILT HEAD KITCHENAID.
I generally try to stop the ice cream churning once it's like soft serve. If I hear the attachment/dasher click, I know it's time to stop churning. If I let it set in the bowl after churning for a few minutes it freezes further. Then I serve or scoop into a freezer safe container and freezer for more solid texture. Hope that helps.
I bought a used Kitchenaid Artisan mixer with a glass bowl and wanted a tutorial on using it for bread making. With your video, I got that and so much more! Thank you for all the hints, tips and useful information for making your bread. My two loaves turned out beautiful! I do not use an egg mixture on top. I use butter on top after it comes out of the oven. Good stuff!
You can add your fruit (generally macerated or as a sauce) toward the very end of churning - here is my recipe for my strawberry swirl. www.epicuricloud.com/recipe/easy-strawberry-swirl-ice-cream-no-egg/
Keep your yeast in the freezer and it will last well past that expiration date. The yeast packets I used today expired 22 months ago and my bread rise was just fine.
Oil in the pasta dough acts as a shortening and makes the gluten less developed which is what makes the pasta brittle. You should not knead on a flour surface. as you knead the stickiness will be absorbed into the dough. under-kneading is the number one mistake. kneading should be about 7-10 minutes. dough needs to rest about an hour. never freeze the dough. it will make rolling a gooey mess. finish the pasta and freeze the raw fresh pasta instead and cook it from frozen.
Hi Kammi - Here's an index with a wide variety of recipes! I believe there is a keto one listed. www.epicuricloud.com/qvc-demo-recipes-sun-12-4-22-kitchenaid-new-ice-cream-bowl-attachment/
Hi - I just bought this but it didn't come with the dicer and lid. Is there a way of buying these as separate attachments? I can't seem to find them. Many thanks, Virginia
I have made this bread 3 times now, exactly as Tina tells me in the video and it is by far the best bread I have ever made- much better than my old breadmaking machine. It is light and moist and easy to slice and freezes well. I am thrilled!!! Now I am going to research and see if she has any videos for something more fancy - like ciabatta or foccaccia ...........
Hi Tina, Been following your recipe with great success! Now I'd like to upsize to a 9.5x5x3 pan for a lager loaf. Please advise on adjusting the recipe. Thanks! Chuck
What if your recipe calls for 720 grams of flour (about) 6 cups? You said the sifter holds 4 cups as you add more flour does it add to the previous total or go back to zero and do you the math as you go?
Your presentation is so thorough and good. Unfortunately we purchased a Cuisinart 13 cup and their RU-vid video is not helpful. Hoping after watching your presentation a few times it will help with the Cuisinart. Very disillusioned.
Oh she is such an elegant lady I learnt so much from her... Also she s the reason I got my Kitchenaid food processor (she convinced me :D) ... ( I already had stand mixer ) <3 Love from Denmark
Thank you sooo much! You explained it so well, till the last details and super sweet! Thank you once again, because I will feel confident to use it now! Noting can go wrong! Greetings from Stuttgart Germany 🇩🇪
Tina, thank you for your awesome video. I received a Kitchen Aid Food Processor second hand and was not sure how to use it properly or even set the blades correctly. Your video explains everything perfectly. I’m excited to try your suggested recipes ❤🎉
