Very interesting house and estate - so East Coast (which is a good thing)! The barn style with turret makes it around a hundred years old. Nice features like a lit up basketball court, spiral staircase, romantic hallway with arched ceiling and beautifully polished hardwood floors. Great little things like the gym needs to be redone to the new owner's specifications and an upstairs waiting to be better developed.
