I have a drm1 but it's kind of contained on it's own. I found this to achieve those deep and sustained sounds as well as a million things more for percs and bleep blops. To me this is the most complete drum vst. If I compare it with drumcomputer from sugar bytes this one is a ferrari bulldozer while the other is a plasticky toy.
Punch 2 is unique and powerful, at first i thought i would have a difficult learning curve, but after surgical but concise tutorials from you and Rob all become fast wheeling and fun. Thanks so much!
i got this few weeks after it droped. but i was not impressed with v1 so i just got it with SD-X but it sits here doing nothing, prejudice based off of my v1 experience, i love raw/raw-kick so i stick to those. but i been playing with it after his podcast with you. i not fully over to it, but its actually being used and its breaking me out of a "sound" i gotten content with, solid break down alex.
Are you planning to do a vid on Kick2 by Sonic Academy aswell? Would like to know how to process the kick to use it as an punch on a hardcore or rawstyle kick.
I guess not...I don't really need therefore, I don't have it. Unless Sonic Academy sends me a License, I don't think I'll buy it. The Punch really covers all my needs in terms of Kick synthesizer and I truly love the sound of it.
@@generalguyble If you interested on the Kick 2, I would like to buy this plugin for you. Because I like Kick 2 very much, but I don't know how to use it well on Hardstyle Kicks. As for Rob Popen' s software, I don't quite like it. I bought the Raw kick plugin before, but I seldom use it. Because Rob Popen's pugins are very unpractical. He only focus on the all kinds of functions, but never focus on the practical sounds. When I purchase your Hardcore and Rawkick packs, I think this most practical sound. I don't need any plugin to create rawkicks again.
it's actually not that complicated. I also don't really use everything that comes with it. Only that stuff that improves the workflow or gives me something that I can't get anywhere else.
nope...I leave the streams for 24 hours and remove them afterwards. I believe they are extremely valuable and way too many people don't treat them in the way how I see them. Therefore I don't want to leave them public and give those ungrateful people something that they don't deserve. I guess in the near future I will set up a membership to make them permanently available for true fans.
