Ended up being more complicated to run 3 games at once for some tests than I expected but I did learn a few new things and get a good example of others. Tree and Petal seem to get often overlooked despite their versatility.
Tree moves Mei ult out of the way and then blocks a significant part of it, not a complete shutdown but still very worth it, petal doesn't lift enemy snowball even if player activated. Petal also no longer lifts Mei when she's in Ice Block, even if someone else steps on the petal.
Bastion ult can get blocked by LOS if it's clumped up enough but if it's around the tree it'll still hit, petal can block 1 of the airstrikes.
Tree survives Dva ult and petal can block it from above or below, a well timed pull can save a teammate.
Ramattra can punch through petal platform but both that and tree cause his ult to lose LOS.
Petal platform and Tree both LoS Bob, petal can muffle a lot of dynamite damage and fully cancels out the burn effect while still having some HP for normal usage.
Petal platform can cancel rez by either lifting Mercy or the soul fast enough, someone has to activate it to lift the soul though.
Magnetic grenade is definitely worth pulling to block with how strong hindered can be now, tree blocks LoS for High Noon better if it's closer to you than him, you can save both yourself and a teammate with a well timed life grip. The timing is the same for Pulse Bomb, if you pull too early you'll damage yourself as well.
Zarya's Grav and Junkrat's trap both lose their CC when lifted out of, petal platform and grip can block tire.
Baptiste's lamp can't be lifted but it can be destroyed with Tree or you could lift them up out of it if you have a sniper.
Doomfist ult seems heavily mitigated by tree or platform, Sigma ult gets completely shut down by either Tree or Platform if placed right, JQ ult, Rein charge and Shatter, and even Kiriko's ult all get blocked by a well placed and timed Tree.
