Do a video on AFTER ovulation pain and symptoms! After like tender breasts and cramps that linger on a couple days after ovulation! That's an interesting topic because really no one really talks about AFTER ovulation pain
I have had pain related to my cycle for almost the entire time that I've had a cycle. I had like 1 year of painless periods and then I started getting menstrual cramps at 11. At 14, I started to get pain in the middle of my cycle, and I remember it was in December after I had my Christmas dinner that I felt ovulation pain for the first time and it felt like right sided menstrual cramps. And my menstrual cramps were pretty intense at 14. But it was not just pain that I felt, I was also nauseous as well, had to drink some ginger tea to help with the nausea and it helped with the pain as well, the ginger. Then, when I was 19, I had worse pain and nausea than usual. Before that, I was bleeding for 2 weeks, one week from my gut and one week from my period. I was thinking that I might be having appendicitis because I had a snack and immediately threw up and I was in pain. My mom didn't believe me at first, she thought it was just ovulation again, so she got me pepto-bismol and told me to sleep it off. Well, it didn't go away after I slept, so I told her that I was still in pain and that's when she took me to the ER. It took several hours before I could even give a urine sample cause I was so dehydrated from the nausea. And then several hours after that before I got a CT scan(previous ultrasound for similar pain showed up negative for anything abnormal). I remember looking at my records and it said that there were 2 bright spots, one at the tip of my appendix and a "small abdominal mass" somewhere else. I was admitted and told that I would have surgery in the morning because it wasn't an emergency. After the surgery, I was told that 1) my appendix was not inflamed enough to be the sole cause of my pain and 2) that I had ovarian cysts and that those were probably the culprit. I wasn't put on birth control, I didn't have any kind of surgery on my ovaries, I was told that it's probably just normal cycle related cysts and nothing to worry about. When I looked up appendicitis mimics, sure enough, ovarian cysts were on the list. I did have gluten issues after my appendectomy surgery(I would get dizzy and more hungry after eating gluten), but those resolved after a few months of going gluten free. And, ever since my appendectomy, ovulation has went from "oh my god, the pain and nausea again" to "Huh, a bit of spotting, did I just ovulate?"

Your ovulation day is still your best chance to conceive a baby boy but I advise you check for other symptoms of ovulation in your body. Sometimes those apps can be inaccurate.
