The owner of this property went to jail and the bank ended up taking his home. It has been a few years since the grass has been cut and it has just about engulfed the home. The interior probably looks worse than the exterior, with Florida humidity and no A/C to dehumidify. The bank looked at how much it takes to rehab it compared to what they could get for selling it, and decided it was a loss.

The bank does not care about the property or the neighborhood. That's why I would definitely send the bank the bill for cleanup and let code enforcement deal with them. When fines grow and they put a lien on the property, the bank will do something about it.

Had that happen in Phoenix. We neighbors began mowing the grass and killing weeds. After the first year we hired a dumpster and cleaned out the crap in the front and both side yards. After five years he was released. The house was sold and the new neighbors are very nice. So for the good of all, pitch in and do what you need to do.

Thank you for very wonderful and hard work to help people. As single mom here I am in Big Island, Hawaii it is very expensive to maintain the property and that we can not afford to pay anyone to cut the grass and big tree. You guys is awesome. And I am very happy for resident of Florida to have you guys helping out for free to cut the grass and clean up the yards. I hope that Your hard work and kindness will continue and influence other to do great things for others. I hope your RU-vid channel will inspire others here in Hawaii to help others in needs. I feel the same way!! I’m now allergic to grass & most of the pollen here in fla, along with photophobia & uv sensitive lupus, but grew up in a family of lawn care addicts (my dad taught me to use his rider mower at 9yrs old & my older brother had a lawn care company going starting in his teens). So this is so relaxing to me, it’s like therapy for missing my dad! Since I started watching these videos, I’ve been having dreams of my dad again & I’m pretty sure he approves of SB Mowing!! 😊

What a wonderful collaboration team. Liked that you worked through problems/solutions all the way through. Nice to see the progress as you worked. We can't necessarily undo damage that happens in society but refusing to let damage persist and fester is important. Renewing that home for the neighborhood and community was GOOD WORK. The various Ventracs' have been such treasures in difficult conditions and being right in the middle of storm weather fit. About 20:59, with a discussion of alligators...it was a lovely shot of cranes or something flying out of the area. There is so much overgrowth at times that Landscape Archeology appears, the design being refound. Thanks to Main Street Mower's for pitching in (again) with equipment and help. Looks like your trimming also made for safer visual security.

I especially loved the “de-vine” intervention done on the house walls and roof. Whoa, I’m totally entertained by the fence hoping too - no need to walk a few feet to go around ends or through gate openings. Blessings on all of you to make the world a better place!
