Here are several freeze-dryers I use in my business and I would recommend considering them for your existing freeze-dried business or just starting out.
- Harvest Right Freeze Dryers - affiliates.har.... I like the Harvest Right Large to start out and then you can advance to the XL if you have enough business coming in.
- StayFresh Freeze Dryer - stayfreshfreez.... I like the freezing speed and dry times of this machine. It's a little larger than the Harvest Right Medium but you can do 12-13 pounds of food in it which is only a few pounds less than the Harvest Right Large capacity. Even though Harvest Right says up to 23 pounds that's not possible in my experience, especially with fruit.
