The absolute best part of this video is just seeing how genuinely happy and excited you are the whole time. This is the dream for so many of us enjoy every moment and wishing you every success with it. Cannot wait to follow along on the journey
Congrats on the new store!!! It would be super nice if you did some kind a "the day in a life of a game store owner" type series.Showing you buys, sell and trade in the store.
Congratulations brother! I can see the excitement and nervousness in your eyes and speaking cadence. Retail stores have always fascinated me with how they turn a profit: Building, utilities, product, employees, etc. I'd enjoy a series of an owners POV on how you tackle the day to day and month to month finances. Congratulations again!
This is kinda what double jump games does. I enjoy this type of content. Makes me one day eventually own my own store. Seeing the progress and learning how it goes.
This is literally my dream, having my own game store (which, in my dream, would also have an Arcades section with my favorite 80s and 90s cabinets). You're going through a 'one in a life time' type of thing right now Rick, congrats and I wish you guys all the best with your store!
This is a really interesting perspective I rarely see. Id love if this became an ongoing thing showing the interesting moments and trade ins but also some of the normal day to day stuff that gets done.
Would love to see a vlog series on this!! Maybe a weekly series with the highlight trade-ins, sales, bulks, lots, events, special guests, etc. That'd b super fun
I think I was fated to find this video (and channel). I've never seen it before, but just the other day I was searching Primal Rage because I was born in '86 and have been having all the flashes of nostalgia that all people are having - especially after COVID lockdown life. Anyway, I'm over in Texas but I feel like I *have* to see the store!!! Maybe a video can happen idk but I have to go visit! Thanks for showing us this look inside for Day 1! Congrats!!!
Been with you since 2020!crazy to see where 10 dollar game collection has gone! Would love to see tons of vlogs and fun interactions/stories/antics with your employees on this channel!
Glad this was recommended to me, enjoyed the video and all the others you've uploaded. Keep it up, I get the feeling this channel is going to go far ^_^
I was going to come down with my son today but we're playing WWF No Mercy lol probably next weekend....looking forward to see what have planned for the store GamePoint is awesome!!!
I remember day one when i opened up our game store - that was over 20 years ago in 2002 and we are still going strong - the line of people with PS1 and other games to trade in that 1st day was fantastic, I remember it well. - still fun today to get old retro games in
Congrats Rick what an awesome store, you are living your dream and it shows. I loved watching the video of you trading and hope to come visit your store someday and be one of your happy customers. Best of luck bro!
Congratulations 🎊 man seriously man that's a 80s and 90s inner kids dream come true I followed your hunts and seen the things you bought and multiply it to make profit giving any body that is watching some hope that we can do the same thing!! Good luck rick and hope your new business flourishes g!!
This was inspiring. The store looks so cool. I’d love to come up there and clock in for a day!! I actually worked at a gamestop for 3 years just for fun.
Opening a business like this in the middle of a forecast of global economic collapse and recessions, you sir have balls worthy of hercules. You have my sub and like, I hope you guys make it
Congratulations, definitely have a restoration area for those yellow NES. It's super easy and if you look at a few sneakers restorers they set up a closet spot 👌
I hoped to find a video about the opening of the shop.. Celebrating with guests... Where to find that video please? And belated congrats for having your own game shop!! That is awesome.
That is awesome. Hope you decide to do an online store as well since I live to far away. Didn't remember where you were from but I know it's not my state Missouri. Keep up the good work and please post lots of videos.
Congrats man! My dream is to one day have a store like this. I'm about to start reselling to try to get to that level. Until then I will look forward to a series about your store if you do one. Super excited for you man!! Now I have a Destination in Arkansas to see!
Congratulations!! Definitely would love a blog on the store when you get time, also are you going to sell online? That would be cool. Best of Luck Retro 🤩
Rick this is actually cool content tbh I mean you've never really seen a retro store having a conversation with customers like this, I mean very rare, so this is actually really cool to watch beside hunting.
Congrats man!! Please invest in some security cameras and some good insurance... Love your vids and your store will be one of my destinations when we travel cross country
Rick just not gonna mention the fact that Stanley Cup is the video game in the trade in Super Nintendo? My childhood rick, my childhood!!!! Go Kings Go btw #Hockey
Even though I'm in the UK I wish you all the best!! You're doing something I dream of doing but I am to scared to do it!! I will follow your all you videos, good luck!!
I wish you the best of luck, if any game store can survive it's one based on the retro games definitely not a Gamestop type store, so you stand a chance!
Waiting on the video of Caleb buying like 10k worth of your inventory video?? Also separate episodes for Hairy Tornado, Pixel Game Squad and Cheap finds Gold Mines??? woot
