i used to work for Serhant for the actual company when this “reality show” was shooting. working for the actual company was a joke. so underpaid, illegal labor issues, and my boss at the time, ankush jindal, was trying to fire everyone that knew better than him. the only thing good about the company was Ryan, really great guy. everyone else was cut throat and toxic. they shouldve done a show about the business side.

i am watching the show, many has a weird behavior, it looks false for the cameras. I know people are very toxic at work, but i doubt they would act like that in front of the cameras as Chloe. Savannah is nuts.

Most of the biggest problems are already beyond the controls of the individual. Open your mind and stop with this tired bootstrap nonsense and wanting everyone to get rich. The people cannot compete with ruthless corporations who spend endless amounts of money to ensure that lawmakers write policies that give workers less and shareholders more. People are ALREADY working hard and bootstraps and blah blah blah but they also need government policy to protect their rights, fair wages, environment, and infrastructure.

I really enjoyed watching this show, I live in Jersey City and immigrant this is not just a real estate-focused show but it inspired those who come from different fields of work like if you want to make money and live in NYC you need to push yourself so hard, Netflix should also put this show in Motivational, inspiring genre. I love watching Ryan he is not running the company but he manages his employees and takes care of them very professional and organized way, much appreciated.

The show is real estate reality show Gold. ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 I love how it actually focuses on the business and not the disgusting childish drama that most shows have , I've been glued from morning, wached all the episodes and am already craving another season, Ryan and he's team, outdid themselves, I love the professionalism, the entire aura of the show and I love that I don't get to know about the Agent's personal business and drama, I just don't need it. Ryan saying he sends emails to he's daughter so that she can read them when she's older just literally melted me, what an amazing father he is, and he's wife is so gorgeous. I love love love the show!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I prefer to view real estate through Enes. Zero drama is my cup of tea. There’s NOTHING about watching kids bark at each other that makes me say oh I must watch. I’m only here for the architecture. Never the staging, literally and figuratively.

I actually love the show. The agents got me hooked. They are so different, with their own stories and I actually laughed a few times, which never happened before when watching this kind of shows. They all have charisma. As for the drama, I think some things are scripted, some are not. Either way, this happens everywhere! ' Cause we are all humans. As for Ryan, he is a business owner and a great one since his firm is in top 6. He didn't get here by being a loser. He is a shark for real. But can't blame him.

It's more drama unfortunatley that selling real estate, but I did question "NAR Ethics" when Savannah supposed got ripped a new one on the public podcast by two other agents. It may have been staged for a streaming show, but I don't think the real world would tolerate that kind of behavior very well.

I've watched a few episodes so far and was really enjoying the initial focus on real estate work rather than drama. However, it seems to have shifted to more drama and less work, like the unnecessary podcast subplot. I hope future episodes will return to showcasing more real estate-related work and deals.

He feels like a typical boss I will dread when he shout “Serhant Let’s go”. Imagine being the lowest performer. Plus being the most introvert in the room. Get me out. Maybe he should focus on motivational training to help those who have low sales. Sometimes you just have it or you don’t have it but some mentorship can help his agents to be better and get better.

if you want to know what its like to work with extreme narcissists this is the show for you! If you mirror a narcissists self image you're golden - if you indicate in any way that you don't view them as they view themselves and/or you're not happy with them they will become your adversary and ready you for filth. Lots of pretty privilege confused for talent. The work environment generally is very toxic which is limiting for a company - as well as they are doing they could be doing better if they knew how to run a better corporate culture.
