Been fighting birthday anxieties since 2020, this year has been very worse, I have been feeling like shit since the beginning of this month which is my birth month, no achievement or whatever But listening to this helped me so much, I felt I am not alone in this shitty battle, thanks Toke and denola ❤️

I dealt with loss young also and metaphorically stole people's mums. It's only now that I'm grown that I know it was a coping mechanism. Prior to this realisation I would say the loss didn't affect me much at all.
