The cop with sun glasses retaliated because you ask for his name and he wouldn't give it to you verbally. As soon as you questioned him about it, his ego kicked in. He's a real tyrant...
The final security guard kept saying "Sir", but then swore at you and called you an idiot. He said he had been polite throughout 😂😂. They really do scrape the barrel to find these minimum wage clowns.
@@bendoon7010 the security guards decided to come and hassle a member of the public acting lawfully on public land. They decided to call the police to report someone acting lawfully. Fuck lockdown rules pathetic mate AB you are a legend mate educating us on how to defend ourselves as this authoritarian situation is only going to get worse you are doing a very very valuable service to the people and you should be very very proud of yourself you are a real hero 100
The bold Security guard can't detain is wrong on every account, he has no authority to detain a person and his use of the act's that he thinks he has, he should not hold a SIA licence.
Anyone in the UK can detain someone they suspect has, is, or about to, commit a crime, including this bold Security guard. I believe, the way I read it, a civilian who detains another civilian, is actually making a citizen’s arrest. They may use reasonable force to keep the “suspect” there until police arrive. The detaining/arresting person, or people, are responsible for any unlawful detainment. AB should have prosecuted them for unlawful detainment/arrest. I don’t understand why these auditors don’t sue every time. The only way to make changes with unlawful detainment/arrest is to make the offending parties PAY with their own money. Both of these police are tyrants. Their attitudes when they arrived was BS, & I can see why people would want to TARGET these police, who display such shitty attitudes while knowingly being filmed. You can imagine how they would have treated AB if he was not recording. I would never target a cop, but if my best friend targeted a cop, I might buy him a Rib Eye steak dinner for his troubles.
Actual they have less because they are employed and employees have duties and obligations so they are BOUND to an employer. Public are not bound to that employer. This also apples to the police officers as they are employees of the public.
@British Grumpy Cat Technically anyone can detain someone under a citizens arrest however to do so having had SIA training when not appropriate is stupid because it will end up in court with a big payout. These thugs do everything they can to avoid getting to that point.
You handled that situation superbly AB the last security guard was Sir this and Sir that then swore at you and said you're being detained an absolute joker. Maybe he's auditioning to be the most politest James Bond villain but in reality he's a sociopath. Excellent videoing 😃
“Sunglasses may be worn by staff but should be removed when talking to members of the public.” That police officer needs to go back to his station and re-read the rules.
He is that fucking arrogant, with his power trip he feels he is above the law ! And that rules, legislation, and natural law do not pertain to him. Rouge Wild Hog, even lower than a Pig with the classic weight of a 106gram pig brain
Wow what a nasty security guard with the blade head, I thought he was being genuine at first but once you started questioning him what a change there was, there no need for the language coming out of his mouth, it's a good job you had the camera rolling or I'm sure hes the type to have assaulted you. Hats off to you for keeping your cool throughout. Judging by how quickly the police 'de escalated' it (I use that term loosely) at the end shows they probably agreed with you. The constable with the sunglasses may need some refresher training though on how to approach and speak to people, its quite simple really. I just cannot understand why they feel the need to talk to people like shit
Are you able to update us about any of these lawsuits? I'd love to know the status or outcome for this one as it is undoubtedly a slam dunk! Any details you are willing to share would be greatly appreciated!
It's a scam - these "auditors" want to earn money from advertising revenue so they're all indignant and holier-than-thou during confrontations to maximise their views. They're have no intention of following up because it's irrelevant to their video income
I wish you’d mentioned to the police about the security causing you harassment, alarm & distress (their actions and swearing) and asked them what they were going to do about you being illegally detained (security may not have touched you but they kept blocking you from leaving).
uktokers while being held illegally against ones will, under fear of harm, still having panic attacks due to how many more physio security personal are out there willing to hurt and harm innocent people doing lawful activities ! Nice lawsuit !
Because he was in the wrong. Only essential workers should be out and he's not one, it was a battle he couldn't win so he just dodged the question, whined like a baby, and went back with his tail between his legs.
Yeah as a security officer I can back this up. We have NO powers to detain ANYONE. Like ALL citizens we can do a citizen’s arrest if a serious crime was in progress, but with any citizens arrest you would have to justify your actions in court.
One: tat was an illegal detention, and that needs following up, and Two: When the policeman identifies by say 'you can see it' - the response should be "Is that how you would identify yourself to a judge in court?"
He needs to soeak it he has no idea 9f a persons eyesight. A person may be videoing so they can watch it later in better form an assumption of sight is by far an unbalanced assumption.
Security have no authority what so ever outside the boundarys of their site, Those clowns work for a private Company who have a contract with the home office, their not employed by the home office
So, a civilian, private security SIA accredited personal, can impersonate a police officer, well only a police officer can hold you under police authority, claim to work hand in hand with the home office, kidnap you and forcibly, illegally detain you, while every breath of it is caught on video, then when the real (haha) police turn up, do nothing about the security breaching and braking countless actual laws, then to try and enforce a legislation, not law, legislation that is unlawful, we know this because the courts are throwing the out thick and fast, I hope you take this further AB, that footage is priceless mate.

Great series of videos here. Further proof that you are one of, if not THE best UK auditors, and also, that independent journalists are key workers - showing the complete lack of respect shown by the pigs.
The SIA was brought in to stop criminals and wronguns from working in the security industry. I worked in security for almost 20 years and had to apply for one in 2005. When the recession kicked in in 2010 a lot of the security guards lost their jobs as all building work in the country stopped and the sites couldn't afford the extortionate rates security companies were charging them. In the end a mass influx of foreigners suddenly stepped into our jobs at £3 an hour with no licenses. When I saw the way the industry was going I never renewed my licence and have never gone back to the job that I loved doing. Now a large percentage of these foreign guards have no criminal checks and hardly speak english and treat the public like shit, the government allowed this to happen the moment the SIA was brought in.
Cop:"My name tag is right there." Me: "Looks like it says Uracunt to me. Hello, Uracunt." And make sure you refer to him by name every time he talks to you.
Hi AB, I did look up section 24 and it's been added to with a myriad of new coronavirus rules, so lots of study needed before challenging constables, but keep up the good work, I admire your efforts.
So how does spending your time provoking and annoying people working during a national pandemic make sense? There are restrictions as to why you need to go out, but there aren't restrictions on wearing masks due to shortages and ineffectiveness of most masks.
@@asal4823 Idiot. Your use of the term " national pandemic " exposes you as a moron. A pandemic (from Greek πᾶν, pan, 'all' and δῆμος, demos, 'people') is an epidemic of disease that has spread across a large region, for instance multiple continents or worldwide, affecting a substantial number of people. Therefore, a national pandemic simply does not exist. If you struggle to grasp this simple concept all other utterances from you should be dismissed as the rantings of a halfwit.

Members of the public are under no obligation to speak to a security operative if they choose not to. Calling a police Constable "Officer" is the verbal eqivalent of licking his boots. "Officer" relates to Admiralty Law, which in turn relates to corporations and the control and collection of revenue. A "Constable" is supposed to protect us from criminal activity under Common Law and Law of the Land, therefore the gradual transition to the title of "Officer" without most people noticing is slowly eroding people's rights and what you end up with is a police force working and protecting corporations instead of people." (Credit to PJ for his original comment posted elsewhere). Think about it. Even the bloke who calls round to read the gas meter is an "Officer" these days. And so are the BBC licensing goons ("Enforcement Officer", for Godsake). It is a corporate psychological manipulation to subjugate us. But there is no obligation to tug one's forelock and dance to their tune like performing monkeys. It is not compulsory to embrace one's own enslavement.
You should do a silent audit. It would be amazing to see what they will do. I think Danny shine from social experiments does meditation in front of the police and they can't do shit but just watch

The cop refuses to give you their information you have to make a public information act request to get. But I bet you that if you were to give your name to the cops they would have given your name to the security officers. And what is it so hard for cops to give their details?
It makes no sense anyway. Why not just give him the info there and then if the police will disclose it through the freedom of information act (which means anyone can obtain it). I have a feeling he won’t even be able to get the info he requires via FOI.
