Wiley was really trying to create Garage on his own but some of the people in the Garage industry hated it. Then he created the tune "Wot you call it?" as a way of saying "f*** off" the Garage producers who hated him.

As soon the most popular Grime artists like Chipmunk, Roll Deep, N Dubz, Dizzie Rascal, Tinie Tempah, Tinchy Stryder, etc , went mainstream, and all the other popular underground Grime rappers died out, it just went downhill...
