The whole finale bit with Prudence deciding while the rest of the crew enjoys being alive and together was absolutely hilarious!

I love that Dob got to necromancy before Prudence.

When Prudence said "did you say no to me" in utter befuddlement, I have never been more scared.

56:33 I love how Andy’s “You can probably circular breathe” comment was so preposterous that for a couple of seconds we got to witness a deep inner battle between the “yes, and” role-player Luke and the “circular breathing doesn’t work like that!” musician Luke.

Remember everyone true friends WONT mulch you to gain ultimate power… they’re think about for a good few minutes but they won’t do it.

God, imagine what would have happened if Prudence had said yes. That would be a hell of way to get a near-total party wipe.

This felt like an early episode. At no point was it even close to the rails and everything was completely silly. Loved it!

I love how it's like Prudence is the Kraken Priests' big sister asking Daddy Cthulhu for craft supplies so that they can make a Fathers' day present for him - 47:50

Dob's plan to get everyone to unite against them is possibly the most Dob plan there could be.

There was a missed oppurtunity to add a lot of Skelberts to the hammer.

For a long time I thought they needed a "giant conga reel" for the ritual. It would've been hilarious.

Johnny's teenage priest was amazing.

Johnny missed the opportunity to have the next crystal be in Katie Pearlhead's possession. O the awkwardness that would come from Dob showing up to take something from his former fiancee with the woman he left her at the altar for.

Excited to see the total kill count from the Oxventurer's after the final season is over. The wrecked ship in this episode absolutely counts.

Prudence ominously asking 'What do you want for dinner?' while in deep contemplation was very funny. I would love to think some part of Jane was genuinely considering it for a second.

I'm heartbroken realizing I'll likely never see Merilwen turn into a goose whilst Ellen dons the sock-puppet goose from Show of the Weekend.

Not sure if Andy remembered that their last Cthulhu temple adventure was a Christmas episode, or if the callback of his blasphemous Cthulhu disguise acting like Santa was a happy accident.

So we've had, an eleven settlement (merilwen) mistmyer (eggbert) and cthulu worshipers (prudence) so far each of the final episodes feels catered towards a specific character in some way so I predict the next episodes will be for corizon (maybe necropolis on sea or something to do with his ship?) And dob ( we've already visited the lake district so maybe he visits his sister again?)

I haven't even started this episode yet. (I will, don't worry) But I HAVE to say, unironically, and 100% truthfully, that "Eldrich or Die Trying" might be the greatest D&D pun title I've ever heard. I can barely stop laughing long enoughto type this.

The perils of being British - every time anyone says "kraken priest" I can't help but hear "cracking priest", like in Wallace & Gromit. "CRACKING PRIEST, GROMIT!"

How anyone can venture into a Crystal Dome and not hear Richard O'Brien shouting "Will you start the fans please?" is beyond me ...

It will always be my belief that Prudence mulched everyone and all subsequent episodes are just the others dying nerouns firing.

The deep scions feel like a Monty Python sketch.

The final minutes of this episode had me laughing so hard that I must have looked mad at work...

Guys, this was crystal number 4, not 3. They already have 1 from Binbag, and Prudence even said that they're looking for the 4th when she's talking to Cthulu-dad. Corazon disguised as Cthulu-dad just made me think of Santa, and I love that he acknowledged that he sounded like Santa. I love that this turned into a fetch quest with expected grinding. Not sure they've ever had one like this before. Ah yes, have Merilwyn turn into an animal that is most likely going to get killed as part of the ritual. Yeah, she'll just turn back to a wood elf at 0 hit points, but then the ritual won't have worked. I'm actually now surprised that the conger eel is a witness, although in hindsight I shouldn't have been surprised at all.

This episode damn near broke me. The bit at the end had me rolling with laughter.

5 gems. 1 per episode, 3 already down. 2 episodes minimum for when they go to Void Hell. Seems the Final Season will be a short one. Shame it couldn't be like Season 2 that was about 40 episodes long. Excited for what D&D they're going to do after. But this 6 year epic finally ending is going to be a gut punch.

The Cthulu baseball part was really funny lol

i feel like i've had this kind of quest in a few different games, love it how everyone was thinking of different ways to go about it. also love how tempting Johnny was being to try to get Prudence to sacrifice the rest of the oxventures, looked like she almost considered doing it as well.

I don't play D&D so am unfamiliar with most of the monsters etc. So when Johnny was describing the fight between the Deep Scions and the Kraken Priests I thought they were going for a Bioshock-meets-Splatoon thing.
