Yes, that about sums it up, in cases where there are a great many stains I will treat the entire carpet as a stain and increase my mix and often boost with Radical Rinse or Revive Rocket. This is not to increase the ph as both of these are neutral or very close but with the combination of NanoMAAX which I may also increase and the peroxide and citrus in Radical or Revive I find I can deal with anything I come across. In those cases I simply slow down with the rotary and with the hogs hair pad I apply a little heavier and allow the agitation and chemistry to do its work. This works well and I have never been dissatisfied with the end results. Individual stains may still be pre treated with Suspend or perhaps even a shot of ammonia (but that's rare) I follow the hogs hair with either an Ironman or green stripe and if needed even a second one till I get the results I am looking for.

Ok. Makes sense. Thank you. I really like the idea of citrus and peroxide to help break up the stains without drastically increasing the PH level. I was doing some research on the Suspend. It seems like it is ultimately designed for hot water extraction. How does this chemical play with the encapsulation chemicals? Do you feel it does not disturb the properties built into them? Sorry for asking so many questions 😂

@@Brandon-jy2yl Suspend is a surfactant so it lowers surface tension allowing the emulsifier/encapsulator to penetrate the bonded soil more effectively and quickly and improving the end result. I have been using it for a year or 2 and it definitely works well and does not seem to have any adverse effect on the encapsulation chemicals.
