In Canada only DermaSpark sells the real OxyGeneo 3-in-1 super facial and in the States it is strictly Lumenis Inc., if you got your machine not through Lumenis, chances are that this is a knock off counterfeit device which is a reason that you don't have the real OxyPod (unfortunately, there are fake devices on the market, they are sold online in close to nothing and, of course, worth nothing not to mention that they are illegal: no FDA approval, no Health Canada license).
