Diet gives thoughts of a temporary change of eating It has to be a complete lifestyle change. You don't stop moving because you reach a certain age, you get old because you stop moving. American so -called medical care brain washes people into thinking that when you reach a certain decade you are supposed to start breaking down and they use scare tactics also. This doctor is a true doctor who holds true toHippocratic Oath , that doctors take "First Do No Harm"
@@MontgomeryHeartWellness They are after your audience, don’t care about your opinion 😂. I hate that Jingle where the obviously diabetic overweight actress tries to dance!
My doctor wanted me to go on ozempic for type 2 diabetes. I didn’t do it but convinced them to prescribe a continuous glucose monitor so I could closely manage it with diet. After a year, very happy with results, but found I have zero tolerance for anything with carbohydrates at this point. By the way, if I hear that Jardiance commercial jingle one more time on these channels…. 😵💫 Jardiance commercials cause mental health issues, I hate to think what the drug does.
I was prescribed ozempic but I didn’t take it for not more than a week as it caused nausea bad headaches etc and plus I read it causes some kind of cancer too so I stopped

Dr. , what do you have to say about Trulicity? I tried it and did not lose a pound. Today, I'm struggling with low blood sugars at least once a week. I'm so over trying to lose the weight. I just want to be healthy.
